Job Summary Morningstar is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work on a full-time, contract basis. This role is responsible for the following: Develop and maintain Morningstar's web applications and infrastructure that monitors and controls solar and solar hybrid energy systems Collaborate with the firmware and product development teams to ensure reliable and consistent device functionality integration and user interfaces Maintain and improve front-end performance, ensuring applications are reliable even in remote or low-bandwidth environments. Participate in designing and implementing user-centered features to support our IoT-enabled products, enhancing their value and ease of use. Compensation and Terms 1-year, full-time contract Hourly rate range: $50 - $75/hr, commensurate with experience Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Development, or appropriate combination of equivalent education and experience. 3+ years of experience with the following AWS services: Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Cognito 5+ years of experience writing and debugging vanilla Javascript 3+ years of experience with React JS.
