About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Project Manager to join our Business Operations team, reporting directly to the CFO. This individual will lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and scalability across the business. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Finance, Strategy, Ops, and other business units-driving clarity, alignment, and execution against the company’s most critical priorities. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impactServe as a thought partner to the CFO, helping to operationalize financial and business strategy across functionsCollaborate with Finance, RevOps, Product, People, and GTM teams to streamline planning, budgeting, and reporting processesDevelop frameworks, dashboards, and documentation to increase transparency, alignment, and accountability across initiativesSupport executive-level presentations, OKRs, board materials, and financial narrativesIdentify and remove blockers, escalate risks, and ensure effective decision-making through strong stakeholder engagementImplement and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and templates across the companyAnalyze and synthesize performance data to inform recommendations and track outcomes of strategic initiativesSkills and Qualifications5–8 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or strategic program deliverExperience working with or supporting Finance, FPA, or Corporate Strategy teamsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset and business acumenComfortable with tools like Asana, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus but not requiredExperience in SaaS, fintech, or similarly dynamic industries is a plusBonus PointsPMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus but not requiredExperience in SaaS, fintech, or similarly dynamic industries is a plusBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
