About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at Restream, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our users through live chat, email, and social media. You'll be an advocate for our product, sharing your knowledge to foster engagement and loyalty among our customers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Personalized Support: Provide accurate and timely communication to Restream users through various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the video and streaming world to offer expert solutions to our customers. Contribute to Customer Experience Improvements: Participate in experimentation efforts to drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience. Be a Product Advocate: Share product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product. Collect and Share Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and pass it on to the product or sales team to improve our offerings. What We Look For To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Restream, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Experience in Streaming: Familiarity with Restream or similar multistreaming solutions is a plus. Understanding of Live Streaming: Knowledge of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch. Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences. Language Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written English language; an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be beneficial. Help Desk Experience: Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Multitasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple client conversations simultaneously. Resourcefulness and Flexibility: You are resourceful, flexible, and can hold yourself accountable. Availability: Available to work assigned shift rotations as needed.
