The Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a work-from-home basis in Florida. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide personalized customer experiences, tailoring your responses to individual customer needs and preferences. Perform a range of tasks, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, analyzing account data, and more. Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Troubleshoot technical problems, partnering with IT when necessary, to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth customer experience. Work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required, to meet business needs. Report to an assigned supervisor, receiving guidance and feedback to support your growth and development. Essential Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate complex situations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer styles, peers, and leaders. Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment, using multiple systems and tools. Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or call center environment. Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a home-based setting. Skills and Competencies: Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. System Requirements: To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include: A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, operating on Windows 10, and not older than 3 years. A headset compatible with HSN specifications (we reimburse $75 for headset). A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not supported). Standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider. Training and Support: Your HSN career begins with a paid 5-week training period, where full attendance and participation are required.
