Responsibilities: Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areasEnsure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and toolsCarrying out trade surveillanceInteracting with operations technology teamsImplement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launchesTesting of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading systemAssisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulationTroubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolutionKeeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldSolid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environmentsGood understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary tradingDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Apply to this Job
