Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with property tax-related questions and concerns. Your expertise in call center operations, combined with your knowledge of mortgage and property tax principles, will enable you to provide accurate and timely support to our clients. As a Hybrid Call Center Representative, you will be expected to manage a high volume of calls, including lengthy conversations, and achieve a daily goal of 40 calls. Additionally, you will receive and respond to faxes and emails, conduct research, and communicate with lenders and clients to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers regarding property tax-related questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely support Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure issues are resolved Manage a high volume of calls, including lengthy conversations, and achieve a daily goal of 40 calls Receive and respond to faxes and emails, conducting research and communicating with lenders and clients as needed Navigate multiple screens and 5-7 applications, including lender websites and proprietary software such as MSP and Blacknight Adapt to changes in processes and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Escalate calls as necessary and deescalate conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Expert-level experience in a call center environment, preferably in a tax or mortgage-related field Strong knowledge of property tax and mortgage principles, including collections Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems Excellent customer support and communication skills, with the ability to deescalate conflicts and provide timely support Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and achieving daily goals Bilingual skills in Spanish or Mandarin are a plus, with an additional $1 per hour in pay Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered an asset: Experience working with multiple lenders and navigating their websites and applications Knowledge of MSP and Blacknight software, or similar proprietary systems Experience with call center software and technology, including phone systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and resolve complex issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
