Manage the daily customer invoicing process. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Oversee the management of orders, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the in-house system. Handle the full cycle of processing, from receipt to fulfillment. Enter relevant information into the in-house system promptly and accurately. Utilize Dext to scan and code receipts. Ensure all receipts are cost-coded correctly and efficiently. Every Monday, prepare and send out accounts payable to stores. Monitor accounts to see what has been paid and what remains outstanding. Input all relevant data into Xero, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare batch files for payment, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for payments. Address queries about products, providing accurate and timely information. Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as onboarding administration. Provide general administrative support as needed. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management. RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or business administration. Proven experience in an accounts and administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Ability to handle customer and HR queries professionally. Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced MS Excel proficiency as demonstrated through screening exercise.
