Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with parents with children on the autism spectrum, understanding their needs and concerns. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, engagement, and user satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and improve the overall user experience. Participate in online communities, forums, and events to promote our platform and build brand awareness. Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in networking, community building, or a related field. High school diploma/GED or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Ability to work remotely and be internally motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Passion for supporting families and children on the autism spectrum, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with families or individuals on the autism spectrum. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, its effects on families, and the challenges they face. Familiarity with online community building, social media, and digital platforms. Marketing, sales, or business development experience.
