Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 10+ years of experience concepting, creative directing, and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success. A strong portfolio showcasing quality work in the mediums of advertising, social media, conceptual brand identity campaigns, and product launches. A passion for excellent design and art direction that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, and significant, with an eye for aesthetic and the ability to create powerful stories through designs. A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or design, with a Bachelor's degree being the minimum requirement. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
