Reporting to the Banking Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our banking services. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day support for the processing of various payment transactions, including ACH, debit, wires, and check deposits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitoring transactions closely to identify and flag potential fraudulent and suspicious activity, contributing to the security and integrity of our financial services. Communicating effectively with clients regarding payments activity, providing excellent customer service and support to resolve queries and issues promptly. Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, customer success, product, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of our banking operations with overall business objectives.
