Job Overview The Telehealth Program Assistant will be responsible for providing virtual support to patients and staff in the inpatient care space. This will involve monitoring patients remotely, identifying potential safety risks, and taking proactive steps to prevent harm. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
