About the Role The Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is looking for a seasoned Senior Data Product Manager to lead the vision, design, and development of Delta's Servicing Data strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of a comprehensive data strategy that supports our current and future products, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and improve our retail servicing capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop the vision for Delta's Retail Servicing data, identifying key business questions and gaps in existing data. Create a roadmap that drives the vision and addresses Retail Servicing data gaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and build data models that transform unstructured data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with agile development teams to implement the data roadmap, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Analyze data to inform development roadmaps, working closely with business and IT partners to translate business requirements into usable and reliable data solutions. Effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned with our data strategy. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an Information Engineering, Information Management, Data Analysis, or Product Manager role. Deep expertise in tools such as SAS, SQL, UNIX, Hyperion/BRIO, Excel, Power BI, Python, R, or comparable skills. The ability to see the big picture and understand large, unstructured datasets, with a strong understanding of data modeling and current software development styles. Demonstrated academic curiosity and sound analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. Proven experience in understanding and improving complex processes, with a track record of translating business vision into written technical requirements. The ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on meeting deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 and authorization to work in the US. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, we prefer candidates with: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Engineering. Experience in at least one carrier business or operations capability, such as Reservations, ACS, E-commerce, Revenue Management, Sales, or IT.
