Key Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for: Monitoring customer interactions to ensure extraordinary service and resolving any issues promptly Ensuring adherence to team and individual performance goals, using data-driven insights to drive results Coaching and developing your team to provide a high-touch, premium experience for all lounge guests Inspiring and motivating your team of MSPs to achieve their goals, recognizing and rewarding accomplishments along the way Communicating effectively with your team, keeping them informed about changes and updates that may impact their work or customers Managing team schedules to ensure adequate servicing coverage 365 days per year, filling in when needed to maintain exceptional service levels Evaluating team performance, creating development and action plans tailored to each team member's needs and goals Collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to create an extraordinary customer experience for all Centurion Lounge visitors Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Team Leader at Workwarp, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction results Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive results Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry, with knowledge of airport operations and lounge management Certifications or training in leadership, management, or customer service (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or hospitality certifications) Proficiency in multiple languages, reflecting the diversity of our customer base and team members Experience with performance management software, scheduling tools, and other technologies used in customer-facing environments Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: Leadership acumen: The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Customer-centricity: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues promptly Analytical skills: The ability to collect and analyze data, using insights to inform decisions and drive results Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances Collaboration: A willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams, including food and beverage lounge partners Career Growth and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
