Utilize knowledge of international trade and logistics to provide clients with expert guidance and solutions. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Actively monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities. Prepare and present detailed account reports and conduct regular business reviews with clients. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote UPS's international services and generate new business opportunities.
