As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their goals and objectives using our product. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to collaborate directly with our early ChatGPT business product clients. You'll be instrumental in launching this new product, understanding client needs, delivering exceptional experiences, and scaling our offering long-term. You'll work closely with our Business, Product, and Engineering teams and report to our Head of Success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding client experiences, ensuring clients achieve their goals and objectives using our product. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business goals and needs. Design and execute client training and enablement programs with a 'train the coach' model to enable scale. Create and implement client success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines. Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on interactions with clients. Collect and relay client feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying themes across clients to integrate into product planning. Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure seamless handoff between pre- and post-sales. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in a customer success (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, ideally working with a technical enterprise product. Proven track record of delivering and scaling exceptional client experiences. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging with executives and leaders. Ability to proactively identify pain points in the product and with our clients. Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with extensive ownership. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with AI or machine learning products. Familiarity with customer success tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
