I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage communications, scheduling, and backend tasks so I can focus on writing, teaching, and creating content. This role will start as a part-time VA 1.0 role focused on email management, scheduling, and coordination, with the opportunity to grow into VA 2.0—a higher-level support role that includes backend systems, podcast outreach, light content support, and special projects. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting meaningful work, this could become a long-term position. Responsibilities: VA 1.0 (Immediate Needs) Manage inbox: respond to routine emails, schedule calls, flag urgent items. Create and use simple email templates (FAQs, media requests, coaching inquiries). Organize inbox (labels, folders, archives). Schedule and confirm calls, podcast appearances, travel, and events. Collect bios, headshots, and speaker materials for events. Send reminders and prepare a weekly report of upcoming commitments. VA 2.0 (Growth Responsibilities) Backend & Admin: Manage Kajabi/Zoom links, organize files in Google Drive/Dropbox, set up simple automations, track invoices/receipts. Podcast & Speaking Support: Research podcasts, pitch opportunities, handle event follow-ups. Content Support: Upload blogs/newsletters, prepare content for socials, collect clips for editors. Financial/Business Organization: Track coaching clients, payments, and affiliate campaigns. Networking: Maintain VIP contact list, manage follow-ups, research key contacts. Special Projects: Help with translations, promo campaigns, book events, and testimonial collection. Ideal Candidate: Excellent written and spoken English. Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Zoom, Kajabi, Dropbox; willing to learn). Self-starter who can take initiative and anticipate needs. Open to growth and learning new systems. Ideally available for 5-10 hrs/week to start, with room to grow. Compensation: Hourly or monthly retainer (negotiable based on experience). Flexible hours, remote work. Potential for a long-term role with increased pay and responsibility as the organization grows. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
