Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing expense reports in compliance with Microsoft policy. Assist with event logistics, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events. Proactively provide organizational and staffing support to the team, including space management, resource management, procurement, headcount management, new hire onboarding, and event management. Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events, team all-hands meetings, and off-sites, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for team members. Maintain group data with confidentiality and integrity, exercising discretion when making decisions within your area of responsibility. Procure goods and services, including computer hardware, office supplies, reference materials, and office requisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage monikers and support new employee setup, including office, hardware, and other necessary arrangements. Schedule support where required, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimal disruption to team operations. Perform additional day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at the Microsoft executive level. The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a global and cross-hierarchical team environment. A minimum of 2+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic coordination work. Preferred qualifications include: An Associate's certification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
