Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in India to drive business growth and increase revenue. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Indian market to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for global account management in India. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for account management initiatives. Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Represent Corning at industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with potential clients. Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
