GoKinetic.comAbout the Role:This position is perfect for an individual with lots of energy and desire to learn in a very challenging, fast paced work environment. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and high analytical and project management skills. Will be using Microsoft Office products and should possess intermediate level skill with Excel and Word. Other Kinetic tools include: Tableau, OFSC, GIS mapping software, CSA Viewer, Field Map, GComm, UQual, EPM, Job Trac, Winbuy, Outsourcing Application, and other internal Kinetic systems. What You'll Do:Support State President and Field Operations management team daily. Tracking and reporting on various projects such as lateral builds, escalations, fiber deployments and other initiatives. Other Field Operations support activities as assigned. Provide accurate, timely, and concise updates both verbally and in writing. Maintain and update several data lists daily, ensuring organization and accuracy. Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting required timelines. Analyze data and recommend appropriate courses of action. Communicate professionally across all platforms, including emails, phone calls, and video conferences. Collaborate with multiple levels of authority to ensure effective communication and project execution.
