We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely and contributing to our mission to drive results and define the industry. Position Overview and Responsibilities As a part-time Administrative Assistant at Ocient, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions across multiple teams. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support, maintaining high levels of organizational effectiveness, and fostering seamless communication. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with administrative and office-related tasks as needed across multiple teams, demonstrating your versatility and ability to adapt to different environments. Coordinating scheduling meetings, interviews, and events with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all logistical aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Supporting the planning and setup of company events, bringing your creative flair and organizational skills to make each event a success. Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the integrity of our data and systems. Collaborating closely with our Senior Office Manager and other colleagues as needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork and mutual support. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our requirements. These include: Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures, gained through previous experience in a similar role. An acute attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and accuracy. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills that will enable you to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to express yourself clearly and effectively in all interactions.
