Job Title: Event Production Associate Department: Brand Marketing Employment Type: Part-time (Independent Contractor) Setup: Remote Only Timezone: ESTEvent Marketing: Support and execute the end-to-end event marketing strategy for the clients company. Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Event Planning Team to execute high-impact eventspanels, demos, photo walks,workshops or tradeshows happening in-store, offsite or livestream Write marketing copy, submit creative requests for promotional assets, collateral and signage Coordinate tradeshow proposals for Senior Leadership approval and presentations for Brand Partnership buy-in Track budget spend and performance metrics for events across all activations with an eye on positive ROI and brandawareness Set up event listings and promotionsBrand Partnerships and Influencer Relationships: Support Event Manager and Marketing Ops for events Secure giveaways and skus for product showcase Follow up and through on sending out/receiving deliverablesProject Management, Planning and Production: Gather data for post-event summation to determine successes, ROI, future enhancements, and follow-upcommunications Organize event fixtures and swag sourcing to reduce long-term costsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or Hospitality preferred 2+ years of Event Management experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing ability A proactive and adaptive mindset Knowledge of Photography, Filmmaking or Content Creation a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro Apply To This Job
