Job Overview As a New Owner VIP Sales Manager - Remote, you will play a vital role in driving sales efficiencies, promoting our branded culture, and leading the sales line through effective mentoring, modeling, and reinforcement of best practices. Your primary objective will be to generate maximum sales volume while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of integrity, quality, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an unparalleled experience. Key Responsibilities Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive company success Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies and performance Essential Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must possess a consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN). Preferred Qualifications and Experience 2 years' experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members 2 years' of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience Basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc. Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results. You must be a strategic thinker, able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
