YOUR TEAMNuna’s Customer Success team owns the customer journey post-sale — leading implementation, account management, support, retention, renewal, and expansion. We’re healthcare experts who configure and optimize Nuna’s patient engagement solutions to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and lasting value. YOUR OPPORTUNITIESLead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesManage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirementsMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate themConduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholdersEvaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changesBe a culture keeper, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within the implementation teamCollaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation phaseQUALIFICATIONSRequired QualificationsExperience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) working directly with external clients3+ years of work experience in healthcare technology, preferably in support of health plans and value-based payment arrangementsCurrent clinical licensure and relevant experience in a clinical setting (ex: RN, RRT, PT, NP)Experience leading projects with health systems/providersExperience working in a nimble, agile environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKeen problem solving abilitiesAn extremely organized and detail-oriented approach to workPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a start-up culture / flexibility to manage multiple competing prioritiesBachelors degree in a healthcare related field (ex: Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Admin, etc)We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
