Job Summary As a Digital Product Manager (Marketing) at Banfield Pet Hospital, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our digital product strategy, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver best-in-class user experiences and drive organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product roadmaps based on consumer/client/associate feedback, research, data/analytics, and organizational goals/priorities. Manage products to KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Utilize research findings, industry trends, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and build product roadmaps. Collaborate with UX team to ensure proposed solutions align with end-user expectations and needs. Act as a product owner to one or more scrum teams using agile methodology. Work collaboratively to create project estimates and timelines, and manage product development process. Stay current with digital best practices for SEO, UX, integration, and other relevant areas. Assist in the development of QA testing plans and perform UAT as needed. Ensure communication, rollout, and support plans are in place for assigned initiatives. Track project budgets and manage financial performance. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Digital Product Management, Marketing, or Ecommerce, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Seven years of Digital Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Experience in Digital Product, Innovation, eCommerce, or Marketing Management. Data, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Analysis experience. Strong understanding of digital product development, marketing principles, and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Master's degree in a relevant field. Agile Certified Product Owner (ACPO) certification. Experience working with scrum teams in an agile environment. Cross-functional process/project management experience. Familiarity with internet development technologies/vendors. Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.). Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong product management and marketing skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Strong understanding of digital product development, marketing principles, and customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
