Strong experience with client state management & server state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React-Query)Curiosity about how things work. Strong algorithmic & problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectivelyDemonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams in technical and non-technical aspects. Practice writing clean, reusable & scalable code, & understanding of various design patterns. An eye for minor design details and clear understanding of performance and efficiency, proven ability to implement responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs. Urge to learn new things & drive for focused milestones based high speed development. Required QualificationsB. Tech or B. E in computer science or related fields4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end developmentCandidate must have mentorship experience & should be doing regular code reviewsDeep understanding of core concepts of JavaScript, HTML, CSSHands-on experience of Functional Programming in JS, ES2015+, React, NodeJS, Git, Webpack, TDD, Object-oriented JSFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, promises, and event loop. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest. Have extensively worked with ReactJS.
