If these feel close to you - give us a shout! ResponsibilitiesWrite robust, scalable, and reusable Golang code according to requirementsCover code with unit tests. Work together with QA engineers to ensure high, consistent code qualityPerform code reviews, help teammates with solving technical problemsTroubleshoot issues where neededParticipate in requirements and implementation discussionsEnsure stable operation of the product through monitoring, alerts and metricsDevelop applications to work in an isolated infrastructure, complying with security standardsWork only with the backend, solve complex algorithmic problems related to fintechCommunicate clearly with the team about technical directions and product goalsPromote knowledge sharing across the teamRequirements:3+ years of experience with Golang as a primary working language and 5+ of overall development experienceExperience with queues Kafka/NSQ/NATS/RabbitComfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, good understanding of CI/CD (we use ArgoCD and Gitlab)Experience with MySQL or similar DBsExperience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)Experience with ScrumUnderstanding of software observability tools - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpsgenieExperience in training and onboarding engineers (will be as plus)Skilled in assessing technical skills and knowledge via code reviews, peer evaluationsNice to have:Experience in training and onboarding engineers Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers, offering coaching, feedback, and support for their career growth.
