Job Summary As a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Language Skills: 1 year of experience using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems. Preferred Qualifications Dental Experience: 1 year of experience in the dental industry, preferably in a call center or customer service role.
