Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Concierge We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Concierge to join our team as a Remote Jobs Chat Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, providing personalized support, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for: Welcoming and serving Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport Providing exceptional service and support to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns Utilizing creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and advocacy Employing the Client's First mindset in addressing client needs and expectations Providing concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel counsel, and reservation assistance Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience The ability to think proactively and provide solutions to clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients The ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide personalized recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction Strong technical skills, including the ability to use and adapt to various technology platforms in a client-facing environment The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific work tasks Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on customer experience and service Knowledge of the American Express brand and products Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Fluency in multiple languages What We Offer As a Customer Experience Concierge at American Express, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: A competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage A 401(k) retirement savings plan, with company match A generous paid time off policy, including vacation and sick leave Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks How to Apply If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
