Overview of the Position:Administrative Fiduciary Services is looking to fill fully remote Client Relationship Manager positions. What You will Be Doing:Maintaining client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rateMaintaining a caseload of about 90 – 110 full-service partner level clientsManaging and prioritizing workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environmentWorking with other TPAs, recordkeepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experiencePerforming work according to AFS policies and proceduresConsulting with clients regarding plan operation and designIdentifying and assisting in resolving issues related to plan administrationMonitoring recordkeeper message boardsMonitoring notice deadlines and ensuring notices are distributed timelyReviewing and approving participant transactionsReviewing annual non-discrimination testingReviewing and electronically filing the Form 5500 and other government formsAbout You:Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experienceSuperior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testingNIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskAbility to proactively and independently manage a book of businessHigh level of critical thinkingCommitted to lifelong learning and coachableMust have a clean background check (including a clean credit history check)Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary $70,000 - $95,000Salaried, non-exemptMedical, dental, disability, and life insurancePaid time off401(k) plan with employer matchWork Location/Hours:Work from homeMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employerWe will supply all necessary computer equipment37.5-hour work weekYou may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 amClick Here to review our Privacy PolicyOriginally posted on Himalayas Apply To this Job
