About the role:We're looking for someone to work closely with us on the core operations of Tilde. The goal is to help the company run smoothly so the team can stay focused on research. Core ResponsibilitiesRecruiting supportManage hiring pipelines end-to-end, source candidates and coordinate interviews. Run initial culture-fit and screening calls and interface with external recruitersOperations TasksServe as primary contact for accountants, lawyers, and other vendors; coordinate contracts, signatures, and compliance tasksOversee onboarding/offboarding processes and manage internal tools (Gusto, Notion, Slack)Investor, Board, & Fundraising SupportPrepare and polish pitch decks, investor updates, and board materialsMaintain organized records for investor communications and due diligence. External Communications and EventsHelp package blog posts, technical releases, and public announcements. Plan and manage logistics for conferences, community events, and speaking engagementsOversee and manage social media presence (X, LinkedIn, etc.)Collaborations and PartnershipsAct as liaison for external collaborators, academic labs, and strategic partners. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and joint initiatives. Thought Partner to the FoundersServe as a sounding board to the founders on priorities, company strategy, and organizational structure. Spot gaps in operations or execution and proactively address them. Handle high-priority, ambiguous projects that require founder-level context.
