About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to act as the critical link between our Marketing and Sales teams. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant field experience. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative, with a track record of successfully engaging with prospects and converting leads into sales opportunities. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and strategies. Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM software, such as Hubspot and Salesforce. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with clients. Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts using MS Excel. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a similar industry or sector. Advanced skills in sales analytics and data-driven decision making. Certifications in sales or marketing, such as Hubspot or Salesforce certifications.
