Role: Project Manager 4 years to 8 year exp About the Role:Oversee all the agile process: Managing sprint planning, focusing on sprint goals, retrospective maintaining backlogsEnhance efficiency productivity of the cross functional web mobile Customer Experience squad having developers, designers QAGather requirements priorities from Product ManagersOwn the delivery of the features from design to deployment statePlan weekly Bi-weekly releases across web mobile builds (Android iOS)Suggest implement improvements in the existing process to deliver high speed high quality releasesManage dependencies blockers across web mobile team within the squad as well as cross team involving growth backend engineering team. Take a hands on approach serving as a key leader within the team and reporting to the Chief Business Officer Co-founder. RequirementsAgile experience managing process for digital product teamsExperience in Fintech domain (trading investing domain experience will be bonus)Proficiency in project management tools (specifically Jira) and Scrum methodologyExceptional communication interpersonal skills with ability to main strong relationship with internal teamsStrong decision making abilities with a focus on driving project success achieving business objectivesAbility to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.
