You will join our Operations team in Leipzig or remotely, which is responsible for integration of our assets and troubleshooting in case of connection issues. The roleProtecting: You will maintain and continuously improve our Business Continuity Framework to ensure the company remains resilient in all scenariosTesting: You will lead regular emergency drills and business continuity tests to ensure preparednessAuditing: You will present and explain our Business Continuity Framework in both internal and external auditsOrganizing: You will assign and coordinate on-call duties, managing and documenting shifts using JiraTraining: You will run awareness sessions and training workshops on Business Continuity and Security Incident ManagementEnsuring: You will ensure company-wide compliance with our continuity standards and processesCollaborating: You will work closely with our ISO and other teams to align and coordinate business continuity practicesWhat we need from youStructure: You have a highly structured way of working and spot gaps or inconsistencies before others doInitiative: You take ownership and are comfortable working independently, without needing micromanagementCommunication: You can clearly explain complex processes to a variety of internal and external stakeholdersMindset: You are proactive, curious, and a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environmentsPrecision: You pay close attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, compliant workBackground: You have experience in process management, business continuity, Management, Business Administration, Risk Management etc. What we offerCompetitive hardware including a standing desk, 4K curved screen, and MacBook Pro City center office location including home office option EGYM Wellpass membership supportTeam events, summer & winter partiesReal startup culture by having an impact in a small, motivated team Sounds good to you?
