Your Tasks:In close collaboration with our accounting team actively participate in monthly/quarterly/annual reporting activities of group companies as well as group reportingFurther development of budgeting/planning processes as well as variance analysisProvide monthly clarification to the financial data of the group companies as well as consolidated resultFurther develop procedures and manuals for the group reporting and oversee implementationReporting and analysis of key performance indicators of the group companiesIntegration of newly acquired companies into group reporting systemActively participate in group auditYour Profile:University degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalentACCA/CFA/CMA candidate is preferred (completed or in progress)At least three years of professional experience in a similar positionStrong analytical and technical finance/accounting skillsExperience in group reporting (including intercompany transactions) is a plusStrong knowledge of German GAAP, and IFRS is a plusConfident use of all MS Office programs, experience with LucaNet is a plusStrong communication skills and understanding of a professional cultureYou speak English and German at a professional levelAttention to accuracy and detail are requiredYour Opportunity:Take an active role in shaping an innovative, growth-orientated international corporate group from its early stages; seize the opportunity to become irreplaceable!
