We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Executive Assistant to join our leadership team on a part-time, remote basis. Job Summary The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This part-time, remote position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects and tasks, and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information. Key Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information Assist with company meetings, including taking minutes, sending/rescheduling meeting times, recording sessions, and uploading onto the company intranet Support the team by managing several projects and tasks to be completed by the deadline and meeting our standards of excellence Work directly with the CEO on a variety of tasks, including: Meeting reminders Meeting preparation Calendar Management Project Coordination Follow-up Actions Collaborate with Operations Coordinator and Director of Training to support and maintain new hires on track during new hire training period Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance existing policies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices Moderate calendar management for leadership and management teams Assist with facilitating and organizing company events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution Assist in drafting internal and external communications Other duties as assigned Requirements and Skills Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives Excellent computer skills, including Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CentralReach, Quickbooks, Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Reliable transportation & valid car insurance required; fluency in English required, fluency in English and Spanish preferred Preferred Skills and Competencies: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep track of a variety of projects and tasks in a highly fluid and fast-paced environment Great project management skills, ensuring projects are completed on or before deadline Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail Highly skilled in using technology, such as Microsoft Office and Google for Work (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), and project management tools such as Monday Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative when a gap is identified Optimistic and collaborative, with a service-first mindset and a commitment to integrity and accountability What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay commensurate with experience 401K with company match Flexible work schedule Regular team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie Professional development and career advancement opportunities Our Culture and Work Environment At ABS, we're passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth.
