Job Overview and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Product Designer to join our team. As a Technical Product Designer, you will be responsible for building strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of technology solutions that deliver the expected business value in the spirit of the Agile Scrum Philosophy. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a strong technical understanding of the product, prioritizing features according to business value, and writing detailed customer stories that are ready for development when added to the backlog. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Leading complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired targets to meet the objectives/purpose of the assigned products Collaborating with Product Managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to prioritize feature improvement based on business value Eliciting and creating initial stories/features and elaborating them into customer situations that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements Communicating business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, link charts, mockups/demos, and more Working collaboratively with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework Leading work sessions and reporting new features, requirements, and techniques Oversight of testing, bug tracking, and improvements while ensuring issues are resolved before promoting to production environments Ability to work on multiple projects and balance continually evolving priorities Using data and analysis to drive decision-making and support process-driven solutions Developing business logic and key metrics for integration into decision support models and tools Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar role Knowledge of Agile philosophy and principles; ability to apply appropriate Agile methodologies in software development and delivery Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and document expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent training and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, and service skills Ability to perform satisfactorily in the present position Consistently focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal data Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills will give you an upper hand: Strong understanding of Integrated/SDLC development approaches DevOps experience, including the use of Enterprise Agile planning solutions like Agility.
