Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications Professional Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in an operations or analyst role, ideally in financial services, legal, or consulting. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, from attorneys to IT teams.
