Review pacing guides with planning groups and supervisors to ensure alignment, guaranteeing that each child receives a comprehensive and well-rounded education. Deliver individualized student instruction during core instruction times/schedules, providing each child with the attention and support they need to thrive. Adhere to all school-based protocols, safety measures, and employee handbook guidelines, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational theory and practice. Three to five years of experience in providing instruction in the assigned subject area, with a proven track record of success in the classroom. VA provisional eligibility, meeting requirements defined by the state of VA Department of Education, ensuring that you are qualified to teach in the state of Virginia. Demonstrated experience in providing classroom instruction in the assigned content and grade level, with a deep understanding of instructional pedagogies and methodologies. Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues. Pay meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong ability to work with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
