PSM is seeking a FULL-TIME Product Growth Manager to lead product strategy implementation from inception to launch. This role involves developing growth strategies, analyzing user behavior, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing the platform's ecosystem. The position is remote and requires a candidate comfortable with a focus on adult content. Requirements5+ years of sales, growth, user acquisition/retention, success, and/or implementation management experience in technology or related industry experience. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps is preferred.
