Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Product and Food Sales Floor Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of hourly team members, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional shopping experience. This is a Remote position, and you will have the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Drive total store sales, understand your role in sales growth, and what your specializations and team contribute to and impact total store productivity Manage Food and Beverage, food services (if applicable), inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, display, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store Lead a team of specialists in operations, accuracy, and efficiency Enable effective delivery to our guests by driving pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work (if applicable) Develop a strategy and use your planning tools to complete all scheduled tasks ensuring you are guest-ready at all times Lead regular check-ins with your team to ensure the completion of tasks and accountability Manage all GM backrooms and sales floor areas, review all answers to identify gaps, and develop a plan to resolve Supervise GM Team Leaders' planning including advances, corrections, and sales plans for all GM areas Drive fulfillment sales by driving the Fulfillment team to fulfill every order accurately and efficiently and meet every guest promise time Drive a culture focused on sanitation; train, validate, and coach teams to deliver proper execution of all sanitation guidelines and cleaning schedules Lead a successful initiative to fund the sales culture Supervise Food and Beverage Team Leader's planning including advances, updates, sales plans, inspecting, and promotions Create a guest-focused culture that prioritizes the guest experience and meets store sales objectives Know and evaluate the competition; leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts, and weekends) Manage a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, food-safe, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with minimal disruption to the guest Evaluate all GM and Food and Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food and Beverage Standards to assess needs in food and review GM/Food answering to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve Plan, lead, and follow up to organizational and operational change Anticipate and identify changes in exceptional store patterns Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management; actively develop, coach, and train your team; plan to staff needs, talent plan, and recruit - both long and short term Offer support and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest Consistently demonstrate a culture of ethical leadership, safety, and compliance; lead team to work similarly and hold others accountable for this responsibility As a key carrier, follow all safety in training and processes Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.) Any other responsibilities as needed based on business needs What We Are Looking For We may be a great match if: Working in a fun and energetic environment gets you excited….
