Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative UX Researcher to join our Core team. As a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative research to inform product decisions, driving project priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, lead research initiatives, and contribute to the development of our products and services. Key Responsibilities Influence stakeholders: Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions. Drive project priorities: Drive project priorities in alignment with larger project goals, and coordinate allocation of resources within the project. Lead research initiatives: Lead ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to inform product decisions and drive the development of industry-leading products. Analyze and synthesize data: Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. 8 years of experience: 8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar. Programming skills: Experience with programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go). Preferred Qualifications Master's or PhD degree: Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. Experience conducting UX research: 8 years of experience conducting UX research on products. Experience working with executive leadership: 7 years of experience working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above). Project management experience: 5 years of experience managing projects and working in a large, matrixed organization. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration and teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project priorities. Leadership and influence: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive research initiatives.
