Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Resource Allocation: Ensure that all necessary resources are allocated to projects, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. Project Monitoring and Control: Develop and implement project monitoring and control processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Communication and Reporting: Develop and implement communication and reporting processes to ensure that stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project-related issues, and make informed decisions to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Certifications: PMP certification, or equivalent experience. Language Skills: Bilingual Canadian French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, with experience in project management software and tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the EV industry: Experience working in the electric vehicle industry, with knowledge of EV technology and trends. Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Cloud-Based Project Management Tools: Experience working with cloud-based project management tools, such as Asana or Trello. Business Analysis: Experience in business analysis, with knowledge of business processes and systems.
