Job Title: Freelancer Needed to Find Airbnb Arbitrage Properties in San Diego – Fixed Rate $750 Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful freelancer to help us locate off-market or listed rental properties in San Diego suitable for Airbnb arbitrage / short-term rental purposes. Requirements: • Property types we are targeting: • 3 bed / 2 bath • 3 bed / 3 bath • 4 bed / 2.5 bath • 4 bed / 3 bath • 5 bed / 3 bath • Must include a private backyard and ideally a pool or nice view • Landlords must be open to signing leases for short-term rental use (we will provide the necessary details and talking points) Payment: • Fixed rate of $750 per signed lease • Payment released only after lease is signed with the landlord This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in real estate lead generation, cold outreach, or property management.
