Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and effective support to clients via inbound calls, chats, and messages, addressing a variety of post-order issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, gathering services, and order notifications. Exhibit dependability by being present and on time for your full shift every day, with a proactive approach to communication and planning in case of unforeseen events or issues. Handle a high volume of contacts, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment with minimal downtime. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, succeed in meeting client support effectiveness metrics, and fulfill other assigned responsibilities. Expertly connect with clients, building relationships and providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Listen effectively and show empathy, using active listening skills to understand client concerns and influence internal resources to find the best solutions. De-heighten client concerns using calm and professional communication, balancing client needs with business options while maintaining a cool-headed demeanor. Issue resolution: provide personalized solutions that don't rely on pre-populated scripts, using systematic thinking to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach. Be educated and perform various tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions. Raise foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement and sharing trends with leadership to help drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is also accepted. Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and comprehension). Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of contacts. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer support experience. Familiarity with home goods, furniture, or decor industry. Experience with multiple software applications and systems. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
