Working Student, IT Governance Operations (m/f/d)

About your tasks:Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners to enable a good start with warm welcome and creating a 'one-IT' feeling. Own the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees – ensuring contracts, NDAs, and onboarding steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration. Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees (internal and external), support in budgeting and controlling processes. Designing and processing surveys for all-IT including following up on the results. Organizing IT communication meetings and events. About you:You’re currently enrolled in a university program and seeking real-world IT experience. You’re structured, curious, and comfortable taking initiative. You’re confident reaching out to others and tracking task progress. You’re eager to learn tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence and Jira.
