What does a Production Technician II do at Swire Coca-Cola? Runs automated manufacturing equipment to produce a variety of beverages. Responsible for basic maintenance of the equipment/machines operated. Job Details: Schedule: 6 am- 4:30 pm (Wednesday - Saturday, OT as needed)ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor equipment and machines under general supervision; replenish materials as needed throughout the production shiftSet up machinery and ensure all production materials are available and ready; has basic knowledge of the equipment on the manufacturing lineVisually inspect production run and document resultsProvide basic maintenance of equipment, to include cleaning, inspection of equipment, and lubrication; may also perform basic repairs on less complex equipment or machinesMaintain cleanliness of the work area; maintain organized workspace Perform quality review of equipment to maintain safety and performance standardsSupport Continuous Improvement by participating in root cause / corrective action analyses when equipment is not performing at optimal level; resolve routine issues with equipment or machinesFunction as an equipment owner to maintain operational efficiency and standards of assigned production equipment Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programs Requirements:High School Diploma (or GED) requiredExperience in manufacturing, production operations, and/or industrial technology requiredEagerness to learn and grow skills in a team environmentMotivated mindset and excellent attendance recordMust be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipmentMust be able to read and interpret work instructionsAbility to collaborate with others and foster teamworkAbility to perform essential functions working under general supervision, with ability to perform majority of tasks independentlyAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to stand for up to 11 hours during shiftAbility to reach overhead frequentlyAbility to bend, stoop, and kneel frequentlyAbility to ascend and descend sets of stairs - both metal grate and concrete - on a frequent basis Apply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!
