Oversee offshore and outsourcing initiatives related to technology services, driving strategic partnerships and vendor relationships. Act as a liaison between various business units within the corporation, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet technology service needs. Draft and manage contracts for IT technology services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Utilize Ariba Buyer/Professional for procurement processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Manage projects and vendor relationships, driving successful outcomes through effective planning, coordination, and communication. Ensure compliance with supply chain management best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge to drive cost savings. Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in technology services procurement, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their technology service needs, delivering tailored solutions to meet business requirements. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in procurement and supply chain principles. Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on technology services procurement and offshore/outsourcing experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes. A strong background in contract drafting and management, with expertise in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across various business units and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and driving successful outcomes. Experience with Ariba Buyer/Professional or similar procurement software, leveraging technology to streamline procurement processes. Demonstrated project and vendor management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects and managing vendor relationships. Understanding of offshore and outsourcing models in the technology sector, with the ability to drive strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.
