Requirements: • A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is frequently a baseline requirement for career opportunities • Applicants must demonstrate a clean driving background, own a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel locally for a significant portion of the day • Demonstrating a strong aptitude for technical tasks, such as using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel effectively, operating scanners proficiently, and entering orders accurately into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Required to lift items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds without support • The role demands being proficient in working both indoors and outdoors Requirements: • Candidates with a high school diploma or an equivalent credential are preferred • Applicants with a background of one year or more in warehouse responsibilities or using powered industrial trucks are sought after • Accredited with a current forklift operator's license • High proficiency in both oral and written communication capabilities • Adept at working independently as well as collaboratively • Showing abilities as a team player and excelling in a multicultural work environment • Excelling in establishing and maintaining professional relationships at every organizational level (colleagues, teams, customers, supervisors) and being skilled at thriving in a diverse workplace setting • Very meticulous and reliable • Maintaining punctuality and a positive attendance record is a must • Works proficiently with minimal supervision • Shows a high level of assertiveness in decision-making • Exhibits a strong capacity for accuracy, particularly in high-pressure scenarios • Proficiency in lifting and moving objects up to 35 lbs in mass • Skill to persist in a standing position for an extended period • Proficiency in carrying out tasks while maintaining health and safety standards • The candidate should be open to working on multiple shifts as per the business needs • Valued for meticulousness in attention and a proactive approach to follow-up actions. Responsibilities: • Perform warehouse tasks that might involve loading, picking, boxing, shipping, receiving, operating forklifts, and conducting cycle counts • Accomplishing tasks within the performance assessment framework established in the agreement • In charge of ensuring the accurate selection and packing of goods, auditing orders, introducing totes, staging products for shipment, and managing truck loading and unloading activities • Tasks involve overseeing the day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, such as picking sheets, return processes, and shipping paperwork • Providing support and maintenance services for different segments of the automated packaging system during the peak production shift • Complying with the performance assessment guidelines set out in the contract • Carries out additional assignments as needed.
