Role Description In this vital role, the Contracts & Pricing Execution Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Maximum Fair Price (MFP) payment processing. This role is central to ensuring Amgen’s compliance with government requirements under the Maximum Fair Price program. • Responsible for validation and approval of daily MFP claim payments • Maintain validated MFP pricing information in Model N to ensure accurate MFP claim processing • Review and approval of increased escalated Good Faith Inquiries from dispensing entities • Investigate and respond to requests for information from CMS on MFP complaints • Review and approval of driven weekly and monthly internal controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of the MFP payment process • Assess the adequacy of MFP risk management, control, and governance processes associated with team functions • Assist auditors with SOX and other audit related activities to ensure compliance and accurate documentation of controls • Proactively find opportunities to streamline MFP effectuation processes and gain efficiency • Support cross-functional coordination to onboard new products into Amgen’s MFP effectuation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Interact cross-functionally with Contracting Operations, 340B Operations, Compliance, Policy, Internal Audit, Accounting, and Information Systems Qualifications • Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of sales, marketing, finance, contracts and/or project management experience • Or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of sales, marketing, finance, contracts and/or project management experience • Or Associate’s degree and 8 years of sales, marketing, finance, contracts and/or project management experience • Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales, marketing, finance, contracts and/or project management experience Requirements • Experience in Model N Revenue Cloud • Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology experience • Deep understanding of the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment • Solid experience solving complex business problems through implementation of process efficiencies • Strong organizational skills and communication skills • Previous experience providing and delivering information for decision making by executive management • Ability to synthesize complex information, extract significant facts and communicate to a broader team • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple simultaneous and complex projects to completion • Self-starter with the ability to work independently Benefits • A comprehensive employee benefits package, including a Retirement and Savings Plan with generous company contributions • Group medical, dental and vision coverage • Life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts • A discretionary annual bonus program, or for field sales representatives, a sales-based incentive plan • Stock-based long-term incentives • Award-winning time-off plans • Flexible work models, including remote and hybrid work arrangements, where possible Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
