As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the primary driver to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support the various business goals identified for our Process Safety Management offering. As an experienced marketing professional with proven demand generation skills, you will use market insight, as well as regional marketing campaigns and program materials, to facilitate customer engagement, build the pipeline, accelerate sales, and generate revenue, using clearly defined success metrics to track and report results. This role is a great opportunity to collaborate with senior sales leadership as well as regional, strategic, channel, program, operations, and corporate marketing teams. Primary Responsibilities:Event PlanningIntegrated Campaign Project ManagementSales/Consulting Services SupportROI/AnalysisKnowledge & SkillsSoftware Knowledge - MS Office, experience with marketing automation tools, sales enablement tools, SalesForce.com an asset, but not necessary. Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona and buying cycle experience required. Typical Experience*5+ years’ experience in KPI-driven field marketing, ideally in a B2B environment and/or in the software industry. Experience in developing buyer-centric demand generation campaigns in close alignment with sales leadersKnowledge in combining traditional field marketing practices with new digital methods such as Account Based Marketing, Marketing Automation and Online AdvertisingEducation & Certifications*University degree (bachelors or equivalent) in related field (e.g. communications, marketing, journalism).
